Onshore/Offshore grid transformation 

  • Achieving 100 gigawatts by 2050
  • Development of energy storage technologies
  • Optimisation of wind to hydrogen production
  • Wind turbines/farm ancillary service provision

Next generation turbines

  • Component development, new materials, new monitoring validation technology

Floating offshore wind

  • Development of dynamic cables and DC cables technology
