The Catapult Network
A world-leading national capability
The Catapult Network is comprised of nine world-leading technology and innovation centres established and working in partnership with Innovate UK. The network works with businesses, academia and innovative organisations transforming great ideas into valuable products and services.
Catapults are physical centres with cutting-edge R&D infrastructures including hubs, laboratories, testbeds, factories and offices, as well as technical experts that prove and adopt breakthrough products, processes, services and technologies.
Catapults work with thousands of innovative businesses of all shapes and sizes, across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, space, health, digital, energy, transport, telecoms, the urban environment and many others.

Connected Places
Connected Places Catapult is the UK’s innovation accelerator for cities, transport, and places. High Value Manufacturing Catapult
High Value Manufacturing Catapult helps grow the UK’s advanced manufacturing value add by helping industry to develop new manufacturing technology. They create the conditions for economic growth by enabling UK manufacturers to achieve significant improvements in their performance and productivity.
